When Jeremy Miller first joined BNI 27 years ago, social networking platforms were just starting to gain traction.
“The prediction was that those platforms would render face-to-face networking obsolete,” he said. “Finding business owners and salespeople who believed in word-of-mouth marketing and were willing to pay to participate was our biggest challenge.”
Since that time, he and his team have worked hard to create referral marketing and networking strategies that help businesses grow.
“We have helped thousands of businesses and solo entrepreneurs find a footing within their industries,” Miller shared. “When it comes to marketing, most new business owners do not know where to begin. What BNI provides is a proven way to network and put their brand in front of other businesses and customers. Successful small businesses have an immediate impact on the communities they serve. The more successful those businesses become, the more their communities thrive.”
When asked what his biggest accomplishment was in the last couple of years, Miller said that the company has generated over $25 million worth of revenue for its members in the last two years.
That’s something that he is very proud of.
Looking at the rest of his career, Miller knows that working with businesses will continue to be his passion.
“I would love to be a coach for small business owners, and help others succeed in their endeavors,” he said.
