In partnership with Best Companies Group, the Top Companies in Treasure Valley program celebrates elite employers across the valley, including the capital city of Boise, that are providing a positive environment and culture where employees love to work.
Top Companies in Treasure Valley is open to private and public companies, either nonprofit or for profit. To be eligible for consideration, companies must have 15 or more employees and have been in business for a minimum of one year.

Companies that meet certain criteria are considered the Top Companies in Treasure Valley. Click HERE for more information.
What are the eligibility requirements to be considered for the Top Companies in Treasure Valley award?
- Be a publicly or privately held business
- Be a for-profit, not-for-profit business or government entity
- Have a facility in the Treasure Valley (Ada, Canyon or Gem Counties)
- Have a minimum of 15 full-time or part-time employees working in the Treasure Valley
- Must be in business a minimum of one year

How are winners selected?
Best Companies Group conducts a simple, yet thorough company assessment designed to gather detailed information about your workplace. Employers will complete an in-depth questionnaire and employees will have the opportunity to offer their honest feedback by taking part in a company-wide survey. Both portions of the assessment must be complete in order to be considered for the “TOP” list. Learn more about the assessment HERE.
How are winning companies recognized?
Honorees will be profiled in print and online. Honorees will be celebrated at an awards luncheon.
If my company is recognized as a winner, do I need to purchase a ticket to attend the event?
One representative from your company may attend at no charge. All other attendees must purchase a ticket. Please, note that all IBR events are limited attendance based on location.
What is included in sponsorship packages?
