Morgan Peabody Rogers knew from a young age that serving Idaho seniors and the elderly population was what she was called to do.
So, after high school, she earned certification as a nursing assistant and a dementia practitioner. She has worked in the industry for 14 years and has served as the director of operations and partner for A Better Solution in Home Care for the last three years. There, she has helped oversee the introduction of specialized care programs that have impacted the quality of life for senior clients and their families. Rogers is also actively working to forge partnerships with new providers within the elder care community to better provide clients with the resources they need.
Rogers explained that the biggest challenge she’s overcome has been navigating the complexities of regulatory compliance, while maintaining high standards of care.
She said, “[We overcame this challenge] by implementing our Quality Assurance Program and establishing comprehensive quality assurance programs to continuously monitor and improve the quality of care provided to our clients. We stand firm in our client-centered approach and maintaining a client-centered approach to care, ensuring that regulatory compliance did not come at the expense of personalized, compassionate care. Balancing these demands required careful planning and a commitment to our core values.”
For Rogers, it has been an honor to be involved in the lives of people around the Gem State.
“My work has positively impacted the lives of seniors, supported families and contributed to the community and economic health of Idaho,” she said. “I am deeply committed to continuing this mission and further enhancing the well-being of our great state.”
