Crane joins Perkins Coie

Business attorney Brandon Crane has joined Perkins Coie in Boise as counsel and counsels startups, late-stage companies and private equity funds nationwide. His practice includes advising and assisting on mergers and acquisitions, emerging company representation, venture financing, corporate governance and lease negotiations. His industry experience includes working with clients in the software, technology, manufacturing, e-tail, renewable energy and food and beverage sectors. Crane returns to Perkins Coie after serving as assistant general counsel at a publicly traded semi-conductor manufacturer, general counsel at an e-tail publisher and corporate counsel at a utility-scale renewable energy developer. He received his Juris Doctor in 2011 from UC Hastings College of the Law, where he was the staff editor of Hastings Business Law Journal.
