Biz ‘Bite:’ ITD seeking public input for Disadvantaged Business Enterprise program

The Idaho Transportation Department (ITD) is seeking the public’s input to help guide its Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) program. The main objective of the program is to provide small businesses owned and operated by socially and economically disadvantaged individuals a fair opportunity to compete for federally funded transportation contracts. Through the program, the department seeks to remove barriers and ensure nondiscrimination of federally eligible DBEs with the public’s guidance.
