Greg Gaddis is proud to work at the only tenant/buyer representation company in town. He joined Tenant Realty Advisors in 2015 alongside Bill Beck, and today, proudly represents tenants and buyers in a conflict-free model as a designated broker.

He said, “Most of my clients are local companies that don’t necessarily ‘do’ real estate. So, once engaged I effectively become these companies’ real estate person, and I can therefore advocate for their needs and allow them to focus on their day-to-day business. By listening closely to the client’s goals and setting up a process by which they can achieve those goals, these companies succeed.”

Gaddis shared that he was recently awarded “Lease of the Year” for a 47,000-square-foot office lease on Shoreline Drive.

“I assisted a large global company secure a location for their Boise expansion,” he shared. “This was rewarding as the company achieved the goal of expanding their office space, securing a good deal, and at the same time, securing a location with many nearby amenities that their employees could be proud of and happy to come in to work.”

When thinking about the future of his role at Tenant Realty Advisors, Gaddis is looking forward to building continued relationships.

“I would like to continue to increase my book of business with our local commercial real estate occupiers,” he said. “I would also like to add to my team other like-minded commercial real estate professionals. I’m not marketing commercial real estate; I’m assisting my clients in securing commercial real estate. It’s a big difference and beneficial to Idaho companies.”
