Joe Southers has joined Elam & Burke in Boise as an associate attorney. Southers is an experienced trial attorney whose practice will emphasize general civil litigation, medical malpractice defense and insurance defense.
Southers practiced civil litigation with a private firm in Boise prior to joining Elam & Burke. Southers holds a juris doctorate degree from the University of Idaho College of Law, and a BA in economics from the University of Kansas. While at Kansas, Southers was a member of the men’s baseball team.
