Providence Development Group LLC, Boise, is the owner, builder, developer and contractor of Charter Pointe subdivision on Lake Hazel Road in Boise. Construction is expected to begin within 60 days on houses; work has started on infrastructure. Cost estimate: $13 million for phase II of housing; $3 million for infrastructure.

Heartland Construction, Eagle, is the owner, builder and developer of ParkStone Pointe office building in the SilverStone complex in Meridian (negotiated). Construction is expected to start within 30 days. Cost estimate not listed.

Micron Technology Inc., Boise, is the owner, builder and developer of a Micron office building at 8000 S. Federal Way. Construction is under way. Cost estimate: $367,500.

Lombard Conrad Architects, Boise, is the contractor for a surgical group building at 6140 Curtisian Ave. on the Saint Alphonsus Regional Medical Center campus in Boise (tenant improvement). Cost estimate: $350,000.

Falash & Ross Construction, Nampa, is the general contractor of an office building at 3451 E. Copper Point Way. Cost estimate: $200,000.

CSDI Construction Inc., Boise, was awarded a contract for the Idaho Fish & Wildlife Foundation’s Magic Valley region office and storage building and shooting range on Idaho 93 in Jerome (negotiated). Construction is expected to start within 30 days. Cost estimate: $1.3 million.

CSDI Construction Inc., Boise, was awarded a contract for the Idaho Fish & Wildlife Foundation’s Clearwater office and storage building and shooting range at 1540 Warner Ave., Lewiston (negotiated). Construction is expected to start within 30 days. Cost estimate: $2.5 million.
