Four executives have joined Sandpoint’s Kochava, a mobile attribution analytics and optimization company.

Doug Lieuallen
Doug Lieuallen

Douglas Lieuallen is chief financial officer. He assumes a strategic role in the overall management of the company, with primary responsibility for managing all financial-related activities. Most recently, he was senior director of treasury operations for Coldwater Creek. Lieuallen’ s 20-year career includes work with Wieden + Kennedy and Comp View.

Garrett MacDonald
Garrett MacDonald

Garrett MacDonald is executive vice president of sales. He is leading the sales department as the company continues to expand internationally, helping brands deliver better mobile app experiences across multiple channels while extracting more value from their advertising spend.He has more than 15 years of business to business sales management experience. Most recently, MacDonald served as the vice president of strategic sales at Airpush where he managed sales and platform development projects. He was the regional sales manager at StrikeAd and regional manager with American Express during the company’s digital transformation.

Seth Samuels is vice president of data science. He has more than 15 years of business intelligence experience. Samuels began his executive career as a senior BI consultant with Logan Britton, spent four years with The American Red

Jason Hicks

Cross and most recently served as the vice president of business intelligence for Coldwater Creek. The data science division is designed to create integrated datasets enabling efficient analysis and to identify advanced algorithms to enhance product offerings and is responsible for the consolidation of all information from across the organization.

Jason Hicks is vice president of marketing. He oversees outbound communications and creative functions and guides the product and go-to market strategies. He brings more than 15 years of experience analyzing and optimizing marketing program performance. Most recently, Hicks managed a $50 million annual marketing budget and was the key decision maker on where to spend marketing dollars to drive present and future business for a multimillion-dollar global retailer.
