The Idaho Community Foundation has promoted Cara Nielsen to vice president, philanthropy and engagement. Nielsen, who has been at ICF since 2019, previously held the title of chief strategy and engagement officer. She will lead ICF’s newly formed philanthropy team, comprised of the asset development and community impact teams. Together, she and the philanthropy team will strategize and implement community leadership, grantmaking, engagement, donor services and development initiatives.
