Justin Fredin has joined Hawley Troxell in the firm’s business and real estate practice groups in Boise. He has a strong background in real estate and contract law, specifically land use law. Prior to joining Hawley Troxell, Fredin spent nine years working with the Ada Country Highway District as in-house counsel, giving him wide experience in real estate, land use, entitlements and development issues. He received his J.D. from the University of Iowa College of Law with distinction in 2004; he also served as president of the J. Reuben Clark Law Society.
