CSHQA announces Jim Marsh as President and CEO

The Board of Directors at CSHQA is pleased to announce that Jim Marsh has been appointed President and Chief Executive Officer, effective Jan. 1, 2026. Jim will lead the firm’s strategic and business functions, oversee initiatives to drive profitability and growth, and foster a supportive workplace culture. His focus includes establishing clarity in priorities and decision-making; supporting sustainable performance; and creating meaningful experiences for employees and clients.
Known for his unwavering commitment to design excellence, Jim has consistently delivered strong results across the firm’s offices in Boise, Denver and Sacramento. His leadership philosophy is straightforward: Listen carefully, act decisively, and make changes that help CSHQA do its best work ― more efficiently, successfully and with greater purpose.
“Jim’s experience as both a Director on our Board and a Principal Architect gives him a distinctive perspective and deep understanding of CSHQA’s history, culture and operations.
