Anne Merrell has been promoted to escrow officer at Fidelity National Title in Boise.

Merrell has been working in the title company industry since 1989. She was an escrow officer and branch manager in the Portland, Ore., area before relocating to Boise in 2012. She has worked for Fidelity National Title Group since 2008. She has closing experience with both residential and commercial transactions.
