Business may have its highs and lows throughout the year, but for some companies that continually strive to be their best, one particular honor showcases their hard work and annual success.

On Feb. 28, the Idaho Business Review announced the finalists for its coveted Top Companies in Treasure Valley for 2025.

In partnership with Best Companies Group, the Top Companies in Treasure Valley program celebrates elite employers across the valley, including the capital city of Boise, that are providing a positive environment and culture where employees love to work.

Fourteen companies in three categories have been selected as finalists and three will be chosen as the Top Companies for small, medium and large businesses. Honorees will be announced at the Top Companies in the Treasure Valley awards event on May 22 from 3-5 p.m. at Boise Centre East in downtown Boise. The event is sponsored by KeyBank and Boise Centre East.

According to Cindy Suffa, publisher of Idaho Business Review, the finalists are determined through a two-part survey process which is facilitated by Best Companies Group and is subject to employee and employer participation.

“I am excited to celebrate this year’s Top Companies in Treasure Valley winners at the awards reception, which is presented by KeyBank,” Suffa said.

Top Companies in Treasure Valley is open to private and public companies, either nonprofit or for profit. To be eligible for consideration, companies must have 15 or more employees and have been in business for a minimum of one year.
