IBR announces finalists for Top Companies 2024

Another year in business has passed and it’s time again to recognize those companies that make a difference, especially in the lives of their employees and customers.

On Jan. 23, the Idaho Business Review announced the finalists for its coveted Top Companies in Treasure Valley for 2024.

In partnership with Best Companies Group, the Top Companies in Treasure Valley program celebrates elite employers across the valley, including the capital city of Boise, that are providing a positive environment and culture where employees love to work.

Fifteen companies across three categories have been selected as finalists and three will be chosen as the Top Companies for small, medium and large businesses. Honorees will be announced at the Top Companies in the Treasure Valley awards luncheon on April 4 at the Grove Hotel in downtown Boise and is sponsored by KeyBank and the Grove Hotel.

“The finalists are determined through a two-part survey process facilitated by Best Companies Group and is subject to employee and employer participation,” said Cindy Suffa, publisher of Idaho Business Review. “I am excited to celebrate this year’s Top Companies in Treasure Valley winners at the awards luncheon, which will be combined with the Empowering Women Inaugural program, both presented by KeyBank.”

Top Companies in Treasure Valley is open to private and public companies, either nonprofit or for profit. To be eligible for consideration, companies must have 15 or more employees and have been in business for a minimum of one year.

In the small business category, the finalists are:

• Lombard-Conrad Architects, Inc.
• Pivot North Architecture
• PORTAPROS
• SRA 831(b) Admin

Medium business finalists are:

• Allied Business Solutions
• Jitasa
• KDP Certified Public Accountants, LLP
• TOK Commercial
• Your Health Idaho

Large business finalists are:

• Andersen Construction
• Granite Excavation Inc.
• Perkins Coie LLP
• WaFd Bank

This isn’t the first time that some of the businesses have been named as Top Companies. Many have made the list at least once before since the inception of the awards in 2022. Some have made the list of finalists all three years.

A publication detailing the companies will be distributed at the April 4 luncheon, giving attendees more insight into each one.
