Ron Williams joins Hawley Troxell

Ron Williams is an attorney in the firm’s business, environmental and renewable energy law, and public finance and local government law practice groups in Boise. Williams is general counsel, lobbyist and executive director for the Idaho Cable Broadband Association and the Idaho Energy Resources Authority. He advises industrial customers on electric power issues and represents large energy consumers before the Idaho Public Utilities Commission (PUC). He also counsels municipal and cooperative electric utilities on retail and wholesale electric matters, and is also general counsel for Oregon Trail Electric Cooperative. Williams received his Juris Doctor from Northwestern School of Law, Lewis and Clark College.
