For the last 18 years, Doug Haneborg has served as the CEO and owner of Express Employment Professionals. A graduate of the University of Oklahoma holding an undergraduate degree in business administration, Haneborg’s leadership has been instrumental in the company’s growth. With two locations in Idaho and one in Las Vegas, the company is considered one of the leading staffing agencies in the U.S., Canada, South Africa, Australia and New Zealand. The company provides employment services and workforce solutions to employers throughout the community.

Haneborg shared that that one of his biggest accomplishments recently is helping his team achieve the “gold” level of the Circle of Excellence Award for the sixth consecutive year. Their goal in 2024 is to reach the “platinum” level.

When dreaming of the future, Haneborg says that his focus will be to continue to help build a stronger workforce in Idaho ― and beyond.

“We want to continue to help more and more local businesses find great employees and help more local job seekers find great jobs,” he said. “So far, we have helped hundreds of businesses find great employees and we’ve helped thousands of job seekers find great jobs.”
