Dr. Jeremy Graves

Dr. Jeremy Graves has served at Boise State University for the last nine years, with the last four years working as the director of Professional and Continuing Education Division of Extended Studies (PACE). In this position, he has played a strategic role in the development of new leadership content, focusing on critical areas like leading across generations, change leadership and servant leadership.

“Looking ahead to the next year, our team at PACE aims to achieve several exciting goals,” he said. “We plan to expand our reach by fostering partnerships and engaging new client organizations in our training programs. Additionally, we are committed to growing our team through strategic new hires and onboarding new facilitators, further enriching our expertise. Moreover, we remain dedicated to developing new content that addresses emerging trends and industry needs, ensuring our programs remain relevant and cutting-edge. This continuous improvement will solidify our position as a leading provider of professional development resources.”

Helping develop leaders, building stronger organizations and addressing emerging trends to ensure Idaho’s workforce has the best of the best, is truly what motivates Graves in his day-to-day work.
