Mortgage Loan Originator, NMLS-1208456 –

has established herself as both a skilled mortgage professional and a dedicated community builder in the Treasure Valley. Her colleagues consistently tout her ability to bring warmth, creativity and strategic problem solving to every environment she enters, whether in real estate transactions or volunteer leadership.

Johnson’s career path demonstrates her adaptability and willingness to embrace new challenges. After establishing herself as a mortgage loan officer, she made the unconventional pivot to become an escrow officer at Empire Title, mastering the complexities of a different side of real estate transactions. After two years honing her skills in the title industry, she returned to mortgage lending at Fairway Mortgage, where she continues to build her reputation for client-focused service.

“Stephanie is kind, creative and hardworking; she is true to her clients, friends and family,” said Tayler Tibbitts, vice president and county manager at Fidelity National Title Company of Idaho. “I was impressed by her ‘can-do’ attitude, incredible customer service and ability to search for solutions outside of the box.”

Johnson has also become a catalyst for positive change in numerous community organizations. Since 2019, she has taken on increasing leadership responsibilities within Boise Young Professionals (BYP), where she eventually became chair of the professional development team. Under her guidance, the B|Wise mentorship program flourished, providing professional development to emerging leaders through monthly workshops on industry-specific topics.

“Stephanie has exemplified dedication to both professional growth and community betterment,” said Adan David Callsen, program manager at Downtown Boise Association and former executive chair of BYP. “Her ability to connect with others in an authentic and caring manner is truly remarkable.”

Johnson’s community involvement is important to several other organizations, including the Idaho LGBTQ Real Estate Alliance, the Urban Land Institute and Boise Regional Realtors, where she holds the At Large DEI Seat on the Leadership Team, creating a culture of inclusion.

Johnson’s commitment to authentic living and meaningful connection is also a striking part of her character. Her Sunday morning tradition of one-on-one breakfast with each of her children, alternating weekly, shows how she creates intentional spaces for genuine connection in both her personal and professional life.

“I have had so many challenges, ones I thought I would never overcome,” Johnson said. “But once I started showing the world my authentic self, more opportunities opened up for me. I started cultivating a stronger community and I started having a lot more fun!”
