Each year, the Idaho Business Review honors 40 dynamic men and women who will be the decision makers of tomorrow. These young leaders will be profiled in a printed magazine and recognized at an awards and networking event.

The Idaho Business Review is currently seeking nominations for this prestigious award. Prospective honorees must be a resident or working in Idaho and under the age of 40 as of June 15, 2026.

To continue the awards process, each nominee is required to complete an application.
