Lillian Talley is CWI’s new HR executive director

Lillian Talley is the new executive director of human resources for College of Western Idaho.
Talley has 26 years of human resources experience. Most recently, she served as the HR business partner for Saint Alphonsus Medical Group, where she supported over 80 medical clinics and business offices across the region.
While at the Saint Alphonsus Medical Group, Talley transformed HR process, practices, and workforce models to meet the growing demands of healthcare reform. Prior to her experience in the healthcare industry, she worked for Hewlett-Packard. There, she managed leadership curriculum and delivery, was a staffing and workforce consultant, and worked as an HR business partner managing HR initiatives across four countries.
Talley is a volunteer with the Boise Assistance League, helping the organization raise money for its philanthropic efforts.
