Boise Cascade hires first diversity & inclusion director

Robert H. Johnson, Jr. joined Boise Cascade as the company’s first diversity & inclusion director, reporting to the CEO. He brings over two decades of experience leading business and culture transformation for major brands, including Owens Corning, Sam’s Club, Bank of America and Capitol One. Johnson is a graduate of Florida Memorial University where he earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. In 2018, he completed the Certificate in Leadership program at Southern Methodist University and in 2020 became a certified Life Coach. He currently resides in Atlanta, Georgia.
