Joey Chen named CCDC director of finance

Joey Chen has been named director of finance for Capital City Development Corporation. She joined CCDC in July 2014 as an accountant and was promoted to the role of controller in November 2014. In her new position as director of finance, she will lead the agency’s financial affairs, which includes financial policies and procedures, accounting, annual budget, financial audit, project financing, and debt issuance. She attended Boise State University where she earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting and is a licensed Certified Public Accountant. She is a graduate of Leadership Boise and serves as the volunteer Treasurer for the Idaho Chinese Organization.
