Prior joins Rossman Law Group

Attorney Mallam Prior has joined Rossman Law Group in Boise. Prior has dedicated his career to representing clients in civil litigation, including medical malpractice, employment law and personal injury. Before becoming a trial lawyer, he graduated from Westminster College in Salt Lake City with a Bachelor of Science in pre-medicine neuroscience in 2015, and then returned to his home state of Idaho, where he graduated from the University of Idaho College of Law with his Juris Doctor in 2019. After law school, Prior was a trial lawyer at an insurance defense firm in Boise where he routinely represented one of Idaho’s largest hospitals in medical malpractice claims before the Idaho State Board of Medicine and in state and federal court. While at that firm, he also tried a case as co-counsel where he successfully defended an international appliance manufacturer against product liability claims and obtained an award of attorney fees in excess of $400,000. As a trial lawyer at Rossman Law Group, Prior said he prides himself on his caring, empathetic approach to working with the injured and their families.
