Meister hired as marketing assistant for Nampa firm

Peppershock Media recently announced the hiring of Makaela Meister to fill the position of marketing assistant at its location in Nampa.

Meister, who recently graduated from Boise State University with a degree in brand and product marketing, will aid the company with internal marketing and client relations.

The new assistant also has accolades to her name, such as competing in the National Student Advertising Competition, being awarded “Best Female Presenter.”

“We are thrilled to add Makaela to our talented team at Peppershock and happy to hire a Boise State alumnus,” said Rhea Allen, co-founder and CEO of the company, in a statement. “Makaela will be a helpful asset in assisting with our training events, content creation and promotions, and keeping the Peppershock brand top-of-mind when our marketing and creative services are needed.

Peppershock is an advertising agency which also provides in-house video production, graphic design and digital work. The company touts its ability to handle every aspect of the production process for its clients.

When she isn’t busy in her new role, Meister enjoys the outdoors and engaging in activities such as snowboarding, floating on the river, taking walks on the greenbelt and coaching soccer.
