Nineteen organizations in Idaho, Oregon and Washington will benefit from a total of $161,500 in fast-track grants.
The Lewis-Clark Valley Healthcare Foundation announced the recipients of its most recent Fast-Track Grants, which are grants in the $2,500 to $10,000 range intended for small nonprofits that focus on health, wellness or disease prevention, the organization stated.
Nonprofits that meet the criteria must be located within LCVHF’s service area, which covers Clearwater, Idaho, Latah, Lewis and Nez Perce in Idaho; Asotin, Garfield and Whitman Counties in Washington and Wallowa County in Oregon.
Fast-Track grant applications can still be submitted through May 31, and a larger Impact Grant application cycle will begin on June 1 and close July 31. Those grants can range from $25,000 to $100,000.
“Priority will be given to applications that demonstrate a commitment to long-term vision and projects that address the root causes that affect health, wellness and help prevent disease,” a release stated.
