A recent certification has placed a Boise-based firm into the growing ranks of a much sought-after title.

After undergoing an in-depth vetting process by WBENC, a women’s business development and certification agency, Colvita Creative was honored with the national certification as a Women’s Business Enterprise.

The process of earning the certification includes review of the business and an on-site inspection. The company stated that is one of the few women-owned marketing firms in Idaho, with other being businesses such as TalentSpark and Hubzone Depot.

Colvita Creative was founded in 2019 by Jill Coyle, the founder and CEO, in Vail, Colorado. It has since moved its base of operations to Boise and has a location in Eagle, Colorado.

Though the agency serves a variety of industries, it’s made a name for itself in the craft beer industry, earning several honors in their few years since opening.

“Becoming a certified woman-owned business is more than just a milestone, it’s a full-circle moment for me,” Coyle said. “I’ve spent my career working in and looking up, and working for incredible women-owned businesses, and now, leading my own agency with this certification is both humbling and inspiring.”

The agency offers full-service marketing, video production, branding and , it stated in a release.

“The Colvita team impresses me on every marketing campaign they run for us,” said Katy Mooney, marketing manager at Gunnison Butte Tourism Association, and one of the firm’s clients. “I am always asking myself, ‘What would we do without Colvita?’”
