A summit focused on helping leaders connect and grow is scheduled to be held near the end of the month, providing strategies and practical insight to attendees.
The 2025 PACE Leadership Summit, “A Leader’s Journey” is planned for Oct. 22, 2025, from 9 a.m.-4 p.m. at the Boise State University Stueckle Sky Center and will offer attendees the ability to connect with other leaders in the business world, learning how to “level up” through real methods.
“This gathering represents exactly what makes leadership development so powerful: The opportunity to learn, reflect and grow together with fellow leaders who understand both the challenges and rewards of guiding others,” said Briana Morrison, director of PACE.

PACE stated in a release that last year’s event was attended by 180 people from around the Treasure Valley, and this year’s event is “designed for professionals who want to lead with intention, navigate change with confidence and stay grounded in what really matters.”
Among the speakers will be people such as Jimmy Hallyburton, Boise city councilmember and founder of The Boise Bicycle Project, and Jody Nelson, CEO and founder of JodyLeadz coaching and consulting services.
Attendees will be given the ability to sharpen their leadership skills, expand their support networks, and invest in their futures, organizers of the event stated.
“While individual reflection and self-directed learning have their place, it’s through collaboration, shared stories and collective problem-solving that we truly expand our leadership capacity,” Morrison said of the summit’s emphasis on collaboration.
