CenterCal Properties has announced a new wave of retail and dining tenants for Phase II of The Village at , with initial openings expected in September and full completion anticipated in February 2027.

The expansion adds several national fashion, lifestyle and wellness brands to the Meridian shopping center, including , , , , Gorjana and Tempur-Pedic. New dining options will include , a fast-casual restaurant concept, and , a bakery café. Solidcore, a high-intensity strength training studio, will also open as part of the expansion.

“The Village at Meridian continues to be one of the strongest retail environments in the country,” said Jean Paul Wardy, CEO of . “This expansion allows us to introduce retail and dining options that align with how the market has evolved and what customers are looking for today.”

The new phase is designed to extend the property’s walkable environment and add outdoor-oriented gathering spaces. Additional tenants will be announced as leasing activity continues, CenterCal said.

The Village at Meridian is located in one of the fastest-growing cities in the U.S., benefiting from strong population growth, rising household incomes and continued residential and commercial development across the Treasure Valley.
