Danny Davis began as an associate broker in 2006 and has since worked on honing his skills in the commercial real estate sector. CCIM-certified as of 2021, Davis worked for Dan Davis Realty and then Coldwell Banker Schneidmiller Commercial before stepping into his current role at TOK Commercial in 2024.
Michael Ballantyne, managing partner of TOK Commercial, said that Davis has proven himself as an elite strategist in the commercial real estate sector and doesn’t just facilitate transactions. Instead, he is working to build a stronger infrastructure for northern Idaho’s local economy.
“His ability to navigate complex negotiations with the highest level of poise and technical expertise is a testament to his talent and dedication,” Ballantyne said. “I have the privilege of overseeing many talented professionals within our team, but Danny’s trajectory, leadership and unwavering commitment to the firm and Idaho’s business community truly set him apart as a decision maker of tomorrow. Within our firm, Danny is a cultural anchor. He represents the very best of Idaho’s next generation of leaders.”
That’s the kind of direction the industry needs, said Robert Brickett, vice president and chief operating officer with Coldwell Banker Schneidmiller Realty.
“Danny Davis is exactly the kind of person we want leading Idaho’s next generation,” he said. “He is an exemplary colleague, a devoted community advocate, and a man I am honored to call my friend.”
Davis explained that his philosophy and goals in both his life and career are centered first on integrity, honesty and serving both his clients and the people in his community.
“After that it’s about working harder than anyone else in my field and constantly refining and improving the services that I provide through learning new skills or being at the front of developments in my industry,” he said. “I am and always will be a family man, with a focus on my wife and two little girls, ensuring that I balance both my work and personal life so I can be present and available for them.”
Davis added that major influences in his life have mainly been multiple mentors he’s had in his career who shared and invested their time with him, whom “have helped me grow both personally and professionally.”
Throughout the course of his career, Davis has been recognized with various industry awards and was also named a top commercial agent for Coldwell Banker for two years in a row. He also has extensive experience serving on local boards and committees, including serving as the CDA Chamber of Commerce Political Affairs, the CDA Atlas Millsite Planning Committee and the East Sherman Revitalization Committee. He’s also served in leadership with the Realtor board as chair of the finance committee, president of the board and chair of the Idaho State Forms Committee.
“I have a wide range of expertise that is unique within the brokerage community and allows me to provide additional perspective to my clientele,” he said. “I combine that with a willingness to work hard day in and day out and treat every correspondence that comes my way from the public with a consistent level of respect and service.”
“What truly sets Danny apart is his character,” said William Lawson, president of A&A Construction & Development, Inc., in Spokane. “He is an excellent communicator who keeps all parties informed and engaged throughout the process.”
Lawson added that Davis approaches each transaction with “professionalism, honesty and a genuine commitment to doing what is right for his clients.”
“[Danny] approaches every relationship — whether with buyers, sellers, investors, business owners or developers — with a genuine commitment to delivering the best possible outcome,” Ballantyne said, echoing Lawson’s praise. “He is the kind of professional who makes himself available when clients need guidance, who explains the complexities of commercial real estate in plain terms, and who earns trust by consistently putting client interests first.”
Ballantyne added that Davis’s core values of integrity, diligence and ethics are “reflected in every transaction he touches and every relationship he builds.”
