Individuals who have made significant contributions to Idaho‘s tourism industry, or those who promote recreation resources within the Gem State are eligible to be nominated for a Lifetime Achievement Award to be selected by Gov. Brad Little later this year.
Nominations for the prestigious award recognizing those who have made significant contributions to developing, managing or conserving state recreational resources, or promoting, managing and developing opportunities for tourism will be accepted through Sept. 4 of this year.
Little will select and recognize one winner at this year’s Idaho Conference on Recreation and Tourism to be held at the University of Idaho in Moscow Oct. 19-21.
All Idahoans connected to either the travel or recreation fields, and who have demonstrated achievements above and beyond their normal responsibilities are eligible to be nominated. A concise overview of the nominee’s contributions to positively impact either industry throughout Idaho is required. Click here to access the online nomination form.
