Chad Hamilton has joined Cushman & Wakefield Commerce in Boise as an associate director and land specialist.

In this position, Hamilton will focus on land and retail land transactions in the greater Boise area. He previously worked as vice president of corporate real estate and construction at D.L. Evans Bank.

Hamilton earned his Bachelor of Science, cum laude, in construction management, and his Bachelor of Arts in business administration. He is a member of the Urban Land Institute Idaho Chapter, Building Owners and Managers Association, and the International Institute of Shopping Centers.
