More wind power, that’s what a Seattle-based company is looking for in Idaho. Ridgeline Energy, with offices in Idaho Falls and Boise, wants 150 wind turbines, similar ones in Bonneville County. Company officials are seeking 20,000 acres in Bingham County, but only plan on using about 200 acres. The developers of the project held an informational meeting Tuesday in Blackfoot, according to KIDK. About 2 dozen people showed with concerns.

“Practice makes perfect" seemed to be the theme of the International Dutch Oven Society's World Championship Cook-Off last Saturday at the International Sportsmen's Expo in Sandy, Utah.

Dian Mayfield and Omar Alvarez have cooked together in various competitions for the past 10 years and Dutch oven competitions the past three years. They won a prize of $5,000 for their Flat Iron Steak and Smoky Potato Stars, Raspberry Twist Bread and Tiramisu Cake, according to the Deseret Morning News.
