W. Dustin Charters has joined the Boise office of Powers Tolman Farley.
Charters previously worked as a law clerk for Judge David W. Gratton of the Idaho Court of Appeals. He also worked as a managing editor and member of the executive board of the Idaho Law Review.
Charters earned his Bachelor of Arts in political science from Gonzaga University and his Juris Doctor from the University of Idaho College of Law.
