Boise-based Thornton Oliver Keller, one of the largest commercial real estate brokerages in Idaho, has based a broker in Twin Falls with an office to follow when a suitable location is found, a TOK executive said.
Broker Dan Wilhelm launched the Thornton Oliver Keller operation in Twin Falls in early June.

“We do a lot of work in Twin,” Managing Partner Michael Ballantyne said. “Our challenge is finding the right fit. We’ve had several brokers in Twin Falls approach us. We felt Dan was our kind of guy.”
TOK has had a full database of Twin Falls commercial properties for years but having an office there will allow the company to become part of the “fabric” of the community, Ballantyne said. It will also strengthen TOK’s position as clients seek to open new locations in Idaho and neighboring states where Thornton Oliver Keller is licensed.
Ballantyne expects to staff the Twin Falls office with two or three brokers and a two-person property management operation.
Wilhelm lives in Jerome and has worked in commercial real estate for 20 years. He was project manager for the new Arizona Attorney General office building that opened in Phoenix in 2017. He has also done land development in Denver and Salt Lake City and land entitlement for New CarMax locations in Georgia, Virginia, New York, Alabama, Colorado, California, and Washington.
