Verdis has promoted Stephanie Blalack to planning manager. Blalack joined Verdis in 2008 as the firm’s senior land use planner. In her new role, she will continue to oversee local land use planning projects, but will now be involved with the engineering, surveying and landscape architecture for those projects. Blalack is experienced in all phases of land use planning, including subdivision development, conditional use permits, variances, zone changes and annexations.
Prior to joining Verdis, Blalack worked in Kootenai County’s Community Development Department. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Land Use Planning from Eastern Oregon University.
