Oliver Russell announced the addition of three new team members to support the growing and changing needs of its diversifying ambitions and client base.
Sienna George, a recent graduate of the University of San Diego’s Kroc School of Peace and Justice and Boise State University alumna, has joined the team in the newly established role of social impact strategist. After earning her Master of Arts in social Innovation at the University of San Diego, George has returned to Boise to expand social impact strategies through design thinking and sustainability-focused, social entrepreneurship for clients and the agency itself.
Dave McKay, a senior design strategist with a background across industries including travel, tech and finance, has joined the team as design director. Based in Bozeman, Montana, McKay brings to the position a branding perspective and inclusive design experience earned working at Hypermatter, PartnersCreative, SAP, Oracle, PayPal, saltStudio, J. Walter Thompson Worldwide and JWT INSIDE.
Joining McKay on Oliver Russell’s creative team is Alyssa Stephens, junior graphic designer and recent MFA graduate of Montana State University at Bozeman. Stephens has a penchant for packaging design, expressive typography and building brand identities that will serve both traditional clients and internal projects.
