Cushman & Wakefield has announced that Jen Mace has been promoted to operations director. Mace currently oversees Boise, Fresno, Bakersfield and Santa Clarita. She will expand her operational oversight to Pacific Northwest markets of Seattle/Bellevue and Portland. She is credited as being key to the success of the PACCRA integration in Idaho and the California Central Valley, effectively leveraging the resources provided so employees and brokers know what’s available to them, how to access and utilize the company’s wide variety of systems and processes. Mace led operations for the PACCRA Alliance since 2017 and the Commerce Alliance from 2012-2016.
