Running the business has had its challenges, Maag stated, and finding a balance between being a wife, mother and business owner hasn’t been easy, with each aspect demanding of her time and energy.

“The pursuit of a perfect balance is a constant struggle and it’s something that will never be perfect,” she said.

Many of Hoopla’s clients are women, and the company provides support to ensure their successes. It’s also committed to mentoring women and their professional development within the team.
