During her eight-year tenure at Ataraxis, Kailee Rosentreter has risen to vice president of human resources and operations, where she leads the company’s efforts to provide outsourced HR services across Idaho. Her focus on understanding each organization’s unique challenges has helped shape the company’s approach to HR consulting and Professional Employer Organization (PEO) services.
“In order to be considered a strategic partner in human resources, you must be able to see beyond the black and white of what is taught in college,” said Rosentreter, who holds a SHRM-CP certification. “Every organization is going to face different challenges based on their industry, culture and values.”
Rosentreter studied business at Boise State University, where her interest in general law classes led her to combine employment law with helping others. This foundation has proven valuable in her current role, where she oversees services that help business owners create positive work environments.
“We are proud to serve a wide range of organizations throughout Idaho, providing valuable support that goes beyond basic HR services,” Rosentreter said. “Our team has played a key role in helping business owners make strategic decisions that create positive, productive work environments for their employees.”
Rosentreter aims to expand Ataraxis‘s service offerings while ensuring her team stays current with the complexities of state and local laws nationwide. This focus on comprehensive understanding enables the company to maintain lasting partnerships with its diverse client base.
