Improv Team Culture uses comedy and improv skills to transform workplace culture, leadership communication and mental health, helping teams connect, lead and thrive with laughter and trust. Founder Megan McCaleb, a single mother of four, has built the company in a unique niche despite facing challenges in being taken seriously in male-dominated industries. The Boise native actively collaborates with other women-owned businesses, attending their events, using their services and leaving online reviews to support them in the marketplace. McCaleb’s most rewarding accomplishments include seeing clients rediscover their childlike spark and receiving messages from training participants about how the programming improved their family communication at home, creating valuable impact beyond the workplace.
