Four Idaho businesses honored with ethics and entrepreneurship awards

An awards ceremony held Oct. 30 honored four Idaho companies for their ethical and entrepreneurial approaches to business.

The Great West + Pacific (BBBGWP) and BBB Foundation in Boise held the annual BBB Awards that featured the for Ethics and the Spark Awards with businesses in , northern Idaho and Meridian being honored.

“From seasoned leaders to rising entrepreneurs, this year’s award winners represent the full spectrum of what ethical business can look like,” said Tyler Andrew, president and CEO of BBB Great West + Pacific.

According to the BBB, the Spark Awards are “earned by exceptional small businesses that have been operating for three years or less, and entrepreneurs aged 35 or younger.” The 2025 Spark Awards for Entrepreneurship was given to Sawtooth Network Solutions in Meridian. The company is owned by veteran Chad Payne and is an IT and cybersecurity firm operating in and serving the Treasure Valley.

“Known for transparent service and rapid, hands-on support, they help small businesses stay secure, compliant and connected with integrity and care,” the BBB stated.

The winners of the Torch Awards for Ethics, which is awarded to businesses that show “superior leadership character, workplace culture, customer support and community impact,” operate throughout the state. Peachy Kleen, Inc., which serves northern Idaho and eastern Washington won the Torch Award for Small Business; Ancora Health Services, based in Meridian, tied for Medium Business with Roof Rescue, based in Idaho Falls.

“Some have been building trust for decades while others are just getting started, but each of these businesses shares a commitment to doing things the right way,” Andrew said. “Each has proven to be a source of light in their marketplaces, and that’s what truly sets them apart.”
