A new residential development in Donnelly could be just the ticket for those who want more resort-style living in their lives.

Tamarack Resort recently announced the construction of Phase 1 of Aspen Townhomes, a gated community comprised of “60 mountain-modern residences designed for buyers seeking a luxe yet cozy retreat and full resort access with far less upkeep.”

The first phase of 16 homes, slated for completion this summer, will feature two- to four-bedroom layouts, with square footage in the 1,975 to 2,255 range. The price starts at $1.5 million.

Tamarack, about 90 miles north of Boise, partnered with Alturas Homes to build the Aspen development, which features an open-concept design, two-story layout, two-car garage for each townhome, and each can be purchased fully furnished.

Aspen Townhomes is located across from Tamarack Resort’s marina on Lake Cascade, which has 100 slips. The development is also adjacent to Alpine Village, ski lifts and Osprey Meadows Golf Course, the resort stated.

“Aspen Townhomes places owners at the center of Tamarack’s four-season lifestyle,” a release stated. “Residents will enjoy a private community pool and maintenance-free living supported by HOA services, including snow removal for driveways and walkways, summer landscape and irrigation maintenance, and long-term exterior upkeep such as roof, deck, hardscape and structural maintenance. Owners may also choose to participate in Tamarack’s rental program for added flexibility.”

Tamarack stated that homeownership of one of the units makes residents eligible for The Club at Tamarack, the private members-only club at the resort.

The resort billed itself as “the only resort in the United States where guests can ski, golf and boat in one place.”
