Alexis Halikas has spent 15 years helping women entrepreneurs and business leaders scale their companies with confidence and clarity.

As CEO of Alexis Halikas Enterprises in Boise, Halikas provides one-on-one coaching and strategic consulting to women in real estate, entrepreneurship and executive leadership. Her approach combines people-first principles with proven business strategies to help clients optimize operations, build strong teams and create sustainable growth.

Halikas focuses particularly on supporting women from marginalized communities, including women of color and LGBTQ+ women. She offers group strategy sessions, online workshops and partnerships with Boise State University to provide internships and mentorship opportunities.

“My work is about building legacies, not just livelihoods, and ensuring that more women rise to the top, on their terms,” Halikas said.

Her commitment extends beyond her coaching practice. Halikas contributes time and resources to mentorship programs, scholarships and community initiatives focused on education, leadership and financial literacy.

Over her career, Halikas has coached hundreds of women entrepreneurs, helping them develop negotiation skills, lead high-performing teams and implement systems that increase profitability. Her work has earned recognition from publications including Forbes and Entrepreneur Magazine, as well as honors such as Idaho Business Review’s Accomplished Under 40 and Women We Admire’s Top 50 Women Leaders.

Looking ahead, Halikas aims to reach 500 more women entrepreneurs within three years and increase scholarship contributions by 50% through strengthened nonprofit partnerships.
