CWI officially opens new Health and Science Building

The College of Western Idaho opened a 60,000-square-foot Health & Science Building in Nampa, centralizing labs and training for health care programs.

CWI and Nampa discuss transfer of Ford Idaho Center to school

Nampa officials from the office of Mayor Debbie Kling stated that partnership between the city and the school would ensure that the Ford Center would remain “under public stewardship,” and create the ability to expand CWI’s educational and workforce programs while bringing in more commercial activity to spur economic development.

Final approval granted for new bachelor’s degree in business for Nampa school

According to the school, the degree is designed to help students advance in their leadership and management roles.

New center at CWI helps students, staff learn to use AI as educational tool

It’s part of the school’s goal to stay at the forefront of tools and technology that will only help create opportunities for students to achieve the most out of their education and careers.

Housed within the 35,000-square-foot building will be a student store, technology commons, flexible classrooms and gathering spaces, the school reported.
