Eagle-based Cascadia to take over two Oregon Avamere nursing homes

Cascadia Healthcare of Eagle, Idaho, will take over two Avamere Health Services skilled nursing facilities in Eugene and Junction City, Oregon, amid Avamere's exit from skilled nursing.

EPA plans to cut scientific research program, could fire more than 1,000 employees
