Ed Deford has joined MGM Association Management as a client specialist and will oversee and manage the company’s third location in Twin Falls. He holds a bachelor’s degree in human resources and training and development with an emphasis in corporate training. His background is in client service training and representation, training staff, education and designing programs. He has 20 years of experience working directly with customers and has overseen the production of fairs and conventions.
