ESI Construction has announced that Todd Guin has joined its management team as the director of the industrial division.

Guin brings over 20 years of construction management experience to this role, including the construction of some of the largest retail spaces in the United States. He has hit the ground running since he came on board in April with the launch of three major industrial projects in Nampa. Guin said he loves big projects like these, and he has plenty to work with as he oversees the construction of 16 buildings, totaling over 1.4 million square feet, while contracts are coming in for tenant improvements in those spaces. Guin is credited with prioritizing efficiency and delivering the best value for ESI’s customers; he is joining a team with experience in all stages of construction that can quickly adapt and respond to this fast-paced environment. Guin plans to work closely with architectural consultants to develop design prototypes for warehouses and other modern industrial structures. Ultimately, Guin said he seeks to build a solid reputation with strong relationships to achieve first-choice status in the industrial space. Joe Jackson, executive vice president of ESI, said Guin is already proving to be an invaluable member of the ESI team and that he is a sharp manager with the expertise to deliver consistently exceptional service for clients and their tenants.
