It must be a family business if it’s named after the founders’ children. Zoroco Packaging is named for Cordy and Kim Rost’s children, Zoey, Ronin and Cole.

Zoroco got its start in the food packaging and manufacturing industry when the Rosts started it in 2007. They began with 17 employees, and in 2012, broke ground on their frozen vegetables packaging facility. More growth occurred soon after with the acquisition of a gluten- and allergen-free food packaging company. More growth happened in 2018 with the packaging of fresh apples and entering a baked-goods market.

Today, Zoroco has three buildings and 425 employees. It increased its revenue by $12 million from 2022 to 2023.

In addition to the Rosts overseeing the business, their son, Cole, assists in the accounting department. The company also continues to seek opportunities for its employees and is present in the community by sponsoring the Boys and Girls Club and Caldwell Night Rodeo.
