Seeing a need for more cost-effective office furniture, Alan Fox started New Life Office by refurbishing, repainting and putting new fabric on cubicle panels. Today, recycling office cubicles is still the cornerstone of New Life Office.
Fox recalls seeing companies discarding office cubicles which motivated him to begin his business. Though it was a challenge in those early years to find effective ways to meet the needs of its customers, New Life Office now has a fully functional manufacturing facility and is completely self-performing.
Fox owns the company along with his wife, and his son, Ryan, is the general manager for the company in Salt Lake City.
As the company focuses on the future, it seeks to continue providing low-cost office furniture options for Idaho and the surrounding states. It continues to educate its employees and is involved in the chamber of commerce and donates to schools and nonprofits.
